Graduates make principal's first year memorable

The 2001 graduating class of Wasco High School has made Frank Russell's first year as principal a memorable one, he said.

"They've been a great group this year," he said. "They're just an outstanding group of young people."

More than 200 students graduated at 6 p.m. on the football field.
